    Free visit at your home

    Your account manager comes to your home. You tell him what you want; he measures the room and checks what you can’t see: pipes, drainage, ventilation and the condition of floor and walls. You hear right away what is feasible.

    Quote on the spot

    During the visit your account manager makes the quote. One clear document with a fixed price per part: demolition, plumbing, tiling, sanitary ware and finishing. No weeks of waiting, and what it says is what you pay.

    Approval and preparation

    Once you approve, we choose tiles and sanitary ware together and schedule the start. We can often begin within a week. You get a day-by-day schedule, so you know exactly when the bathroom is out of use.

  4. 04 / 05 Done within 10 working days

    Construction

    Then we build, with a fixed crew, every working day between 07:30 and 16:30. An average bathroom goes like this:

    • Day 1Demolition and removal of the old bathroom
    • Day 2-3Plumbing, electrics and concealed cistern
    • Day 4Levelling the floor and waterproofing
    • Day 5-8Tiling and grouting
    • Day 9-10Sanitary ware, sealing and cleaning
  5. 05 / 05 On the last working day

    Completion

    We walk through the bathroom together. Anything that isn’t right goes on a snag list, which we fix within 5 working days. The final invoice only follows after your approval.

Yes. The site visit and the quote are free and without obligation. You are not committed to anything.

What does a new bathroom cost?

That depends on the size, the materials and what’s behind the walls. That’s why your account manager comes to look first. He makes the quote during the visit, with a fixed price per part.

How soon can you start?

Often within a week of your approval. An average bathroom is then done within 10 working days.

Do you work with a fixed price?

Yes. You get a fixed price per part. Extra work is always discussed upfront and only carried out after your written approval.

What if something isn’t right after handover?

Then we come back. Snag points from the handover are fixed within 5 working days, and there is a 2-year warranty on workmanship. Drainage carries 10 years and electrics and pipework 20 years.

Do you work in English?

Yes. We work in English for expat clients, and quotes and contracts are available in English on request.
