About
Young company.
Old craftsmanship.
Our story
One crew.
One standard.
Vector Bouw BV is an Amsterdam-based general contractor with a fixed team of craftsmen. Not a loosely assembled group of subcontractors, but one crew that carries every project from strip-out to hand-over.
We believe building is more than stacking bricks. It's a promise to a client: that their investment is in good hands, that the schedule is real, and that the end result exceeds expectations.
The "Vector" in our name stands for direction, precision and force. That's how we work: focused, accurate, and without fuss.
The team
The people
behind Vector.
You don’t speak to a call centre but to a dedicated account manager. Bryce and Kyrylo visit your home for free, make the quote on the spot and follow your project to handover.

Our values
What we stand for.
Four principles that guide every decision in the company, from material choice to contracts.
01 / PRECISION
Measure twice, cut once
Craftsmanship lives in the millimetres. We'd rather take an extra day to nail a detail than a week trying to talk it straight.
02 / HONESTY
Transparent or not at all
Open calculations, open planning, open communication. If something goes off track, you hear it from us first, never from an invoice.
03 / SUSTAINABLE
Building for tomorrow
Sustainability is in our DNA. Sustainable materials, smart insulation, circular ambition, wherever it makes sense.
04 / GOOD FOR EVERYONE
It just feels right
It has to click. With you as client, with subcontractors, with the neighbourhood. A building project should be enjoyable, not heavy.
05 / SAFETY
Everyone home safe
Every site is clean, organized, fully VCA-compliant. No distractions, no untrained subs. Period.
06 / LOCAL
Proud of where we stand
Local team, local suppliers, local knowledge. We know the ground we build on.
Word from the founder
"We don't deliver
what's agreed.
We deliver what's
required."
