We come look.

We share coffee. You tell us what you want, we measure, photograph, assess condition. No sales talk, just an honest read on whether the project fits us.

We commit on paper.

Build phase

We build.

Our regular crew gets to work. Weekly updates with photos and progress. Deviations get flagged before they become problems, not after.

Handover

We hand over.

The work you never see,
defines the work you do.

A clean silicone bead isn't luck. A scratch-free glass wall isn't chance. A walnut vanity that's still perfectly straight after five years isn't a brand choice. It's the way a craftsman hung it.

Our steps may look like bureaucracy. In practice it's the opposite: every decision made before the first shovel hits the ground is one you don't have to make under pressure mid-build. That's the real advantage.

What you won't hear

Three sentences
we don't say.

Future clients often talk more about what they don't want to hear than about what they do. We get it. Here's what you'll never get from us.

"We didn't budget for that"

No surprise extras.

Fixed price per phase. Anything outside scope? On paper first, signed by you, then we execute. Never on the final invoice.

"We'll call you back"

No weeks-long silences.

Weekly update, even when there's not much to report. One project lead who picks up, one mailbox that answers within 24 hours.

"Not our problem anymore"

No vanishing act after handover.

Warranty: 1 year standard, up to 10 years on structural. A check-in call after three months to make sure everything still feels right. Service stays.
