A bathroom that swallows the light and gives it back in warm gold.
About this project

go dark.
The client didn’t want a ‘safe’ bathroom. No white, no grey, just a space with nerve. We translated that into large-format marble-look tiles in deep black, with a vein of warm gold running through every wall.
The bronze-gold herringbone mosaic behind the basins catches the light from the spots and gives the whole room a soft glow. Brass taps, a freestanding bath and two oval mirrors finish it off. Dark, but never gloomy.
