How it works
Four steps.
Zero surprises.
A good contractor should be boring. Everything goes as promised, nobody shouts, nobody disappears. Our approach in four clear steps, equally clear for you and for us.
The starting point
What we
ask of each other.
Every good project starts with clear agreements, both ways. Here's what you can expect from us, and what we need from you to make it run as smoothly as possible.
We bring
Full control, one point of contact.
- One project lead who coordinates everything: schedule, trades, materials.
- Weekly update with photos and open questions.
- Fixed price per phase. Any extra work always upfront, always on paper.
We ask of you
Clarity and timely decisions.
- An honest conversation about your wishes, budget and timing.
- One on-site survey where we can really inspect the work.
- Timely material choices: tile, fixtures, finishing.
Step by step
The journey.
From first coffee to official handover. Each phase with a clear duration, clear deliverables, and clear agreements.
We come look.

Your account manager comes to your home. You tell him what you want; he measures, photographs and assesses the condition. No sales talk, just honest advice. The visit is free.
We put it on paper, right away.

Your account manager makes the quote during the visit. One document with a fixed price per part. No weeks of waiting, no hedging. You sign, or you don't. For an extension, the detailed quote follows once the drawings are done.
We build.

We can often start within a week of your approval. Our regular crew gets to work with a day-by-day schedule. Deviations get flagged before they become problems, not after.
We hand over.

We walk through together, finalize the punch list, official handover. You get a maintenance file. Warranty starts, our responsibility continues.
The work you never see,
defines the work you do.
A clean silicone bead isn't luck. A scratch-free glass wall isn't chance. A walnut vanity that's still perfectly straight after five years isn't a brand choice. It's the way a craftsman hung it.
Our steps may look like bureaucracy. In practice it's the opposite: every decision made before the first shovel hits the ground is one you don't have to make under pressure mid-build. That's the real advantage.
What you won't hear
Three sentences
we don't say.
Future clients often talk more about what they don't want to hear than about what they do. We get it. Here's what you'll never get from us.
"We didn't budget for that"
No surprise extras.
Fixed price per phase. Anything outside scope? On paper first, signed by you, then we execute. Never on the final invoice.
"We'll call you back"
No weeks-long silences.
Weekly update, even when there's not much to report. One project lead who picks up, one mailbox that answers within 24 hours.
"Not our problem anymore"
No vanishing act after handover.
Warranty: 2 years on workmanship, 10 years on drainage and 20 years on electrics and pipework. A check-in call after three months to make sure everything still feels right. Service stays.
Our philosophy
"A good builder
is boring.
Everything goes
as promised."
Our house rule, since day one
