2. What data we collect

We only process personal data you actively provide:

  • Contact form: name, email, phone number, project description
  • WhatsApp: phone number and messages you send us
  • Email: email address and correspondence content
  • Project execution: address details and additional project info

We do not use tracking cookies, profiling, or third-party data collection without your consent.

3. Why we process this data

  • To respond to your enquiry or quote request
  • To plan appointments and execute projects
  • To meet our administrative and legal obligations (invoicing, fiscal retention)
  • To keep you periodically informed about ongoing project progress

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on one of the following GDPR grounds:

  • Consent, when you voluntarily fill in a form or send a message
  • Contract execution, for ongoing projects
  • Legal obligation, fiscal retention duty (7 years)
  • Legitimate interest, for regular business communication

5. How long we retain data

  • Contact form requests without follow-up: max. 12 months
  • Client and project files: 7 years (Dutch fiscal retention)
  • Warranty-related documents: 10 years (Dutch Civil Code art. 7:761)

6. Who we share data with

We only share your data with third parties when necessary for execution:

  • Subcontractors and suppliers, only project-relevant info, under confidentiality
  • Our accountant, for administration and tax filings
  • Hosting providers, Netlify (website hosting, EU/US) and Google Workspace (email)

We never sell personal data to third parties.

7. Cookies

This website does not place tracking cookies. No analytics, marketing or advertising cookies are used. Should this change in the future, you'll receive a clear cookie banner with options.

8. Your rights under GDPR

You have the right to:

  • Request access to the data we hold about you
  • Have inaccurate data corrected
  • Request deletion of your data ("right to erasure")
  • Request restriction of processing
  • Object to processing
  • Data portability in a structured format
  • Withdraw consent at any time

9. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures: TLS encryption on the website, strong passwords, two-factor authentication where possible, and strict access control for sensitive documents.
